The brand name Mag’Ra is derived from the company name Mag’RaPhesSi. A combination of Hebrew, Swahili and Sesotho to make up the name.

This is a testament to our form of diversity and harmony of marketing components used to target your audience and receive a positive feedback in the process.

Over and above all we aim to increase sales by carefully selecting your target audience, then up sell your product or service to retained audiences to further boost sales by at least 25% and at the most 300%.

We then work on building awareness strategically, every marketing platform used resourcefully to grab attention from desired audiences. We do not believe in casting a net then hoping for the best, a marketing platform will be selected and used based on previous results of a positive Return On Investment.

Nondumiso Clementine Nkosi

Head of Business Development
Clementine holds a IT MCSA Certified qualification. She enrolled in UJ Business School in the Small Business Entrepreneurship and Financial Costing in Small business program, she is also a certified ISO 9001: 2015 Internal Auditor with WWISE. She has been in the sales industry for 10 years and has a wealth of experience in sales, being in the forefront of building and maintaining client relations as a 2IC in her previous work space. She then proceeded to work for Hedmenn Strauss as a Business Developer, where her main responsibility was to assist the company to obtain better financial growth and brand recognition.
Bonolo “Jay” Rammala

Bonolo “Jay” Rammala

Chief Financial Officer
Jay is an investment professional with a broad experience in portfolio analysis, manager research, attribution and investment performance analysis, risk reporting, data analysis and database management. He has completed his Master’s Degree in Financial Sciences from the University of Pretoria and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Finance from Rhodes University as well as Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Sciences from the University of Pretoria. He is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society, a society that is built on the pillars of academic excellence, leadership and service. Members qualify when they are at the top 15% of their class. Jo also received the Allan Gray Academic Achievement Award during his honour’s degree at Rhodes University. He is a natural striver who thrives on new challenges and has a genuine interest in learning new things. Outside of the investment profession, Jo enjoys strategy development, research and the application of data science.

Kamogelo “Khamz” Matsemela

Kamogelo Matsemela, other wise known as Khamz Matsemela is a marketing enthusiast who was born and raised in Rustenburg. He later moved to Pretoria for higher education and training where he received a Bachelor's of Art degree in Corporate Communication and a Higher Certificate in Business Practice and Principles from Varsity College of the Independent Institute of Education (IIE). He began his career in marketing as a sales clerk in a retail store, then after as a telemarketer for an insurance company where he perfected the skill of sales and became a true student in the art of selling. He then became the marketing strategist for Melay Communication where he began his journey into digital advertising, growing in skill of Google analytics, Google ads, Paid ads, Pay Per Click, Facebook ads and YouTube ads before becoming the Marketing Coordinator for Tic Tac Bets. At Tic Tac Bets amongst polishing and implementing skill, he gained contacts that are vital for the growth of a brand as well as revenue. Matsemela has Numerous awards in Toastmasters under the pathway of Motivational Strategies. He has achieved 1st Place in Speech contest Scientia Club - International, 1st place in in Speech Contest Area A3 - International and 2nd Place in Toastmaster district - international, amongst many others.

He is an enthusiastic and performance-driven IT Technician with 5+ years of experience providing professional technical support to clients and maintaining hardware and software. And has skills and experience in networking, Web development and Digital marketing, Penetration and Vulnerability testing.
